SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description
This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, consultation reminders, case-related updates, follow-up communications, and customer support messages to individuals who contact Accident Duo | Rezvani Law Firm through our website at https://www.accidentduo.com, through our contact or intake forms, or by other direct communication channels, and who explicitly opt in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected through website forms and other documented consent methods. Messages may include consultation scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, responses to inquiries, and support communications.

2. Cancellation Instructions
